Co-Ed Doubles - Everyone is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games. This tournament will be recorded on DUPR.

Tournament Details:
Entry Fee: $50/player
DUPR: Open Division
Payout:
$400 for 1st place with 12 teams
$200 for 1st place with 8 teams
$150 for 1st place with 6 teams
less than 6 teams = Bracket canceled
Bracket Format:
Scoring will be adjusted based on number of teams
8-team bracket
2 pools of 4 teams each
Round Robin: Games to 11, win by 2
Elimination Bracket after pool play: One game to 15, win by 2
Championship: Best 2/3 to 11 or one game to 15 (depending on time)
12-team bracket
3 pools of 4 teams each
Round Robin: Games to 11, win by 2
Elimination Bracket after pool play: One game to 15, win by 2
Championship: Best 2/3 to 11 or one game to 15 (depending on time)
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Pickleball Tournament
Cancellation by Participant:
Participants who wish to cancel their registration for the pickleball tournament must notify SATX Moneyball via email.
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made one week (7 days) or more before the tournament start date.
Partial Refund Policy:
Participants cancelling their registration between 3 to 6 days before the tournament start date will be eligible for a partial refund, with an administrative fee deducted from the registration fee.
No Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the tournament start date or for participants who fail to show up for the tournament without prior notification.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation request is received and approved by SATX Moneyball.
By registering for the pickleball tournament, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
