- Withdrawals submitted on or before November 24th, 2025 will receive a full refund, less the Fluid non refundable tech processing fee.

- After October 24th, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

- There are no refunds for events canceled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

- Refunds will be processed only after registration closes. They will be issued back to the original form of payment.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days following the conclusion of the tournament.

- Players who remain on the waitlist and do not get into the tournament will receive a refund after the event has ended.

Partner Replacement Policy:

- The replacement partner must fall within the same skill/age division originally registered. Players are permitted to play down in age and up in skill if needed.

- Replacement details must be submitted to the Tournament Director by 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled match.

- Any replacement requests made after 6:00 PM the day before play will be reviewed at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

- Players seeking a partner may utilize the “Players Needing Partners” list located at the bottom of the event’s main welcome page.

Weather Policy:

All competitions will continue as scheduled unless the tournament staff determines that weather creates unsafe conditions for players or could cause damage to the facility. No refunds will be given if events are cancelled due to weather.
