By participating in or attending the Purr Diem Pickleball Tournament & Animal Adoption Event (the “Event”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a pickleball tournament involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation or attendance, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, or injuries related to physical exertion or court conditions.
Animals on Premises
I acknowledge that this event includes a live animal adoption component. Animals from various rescues will be present on site. I understand that although reasonable safety measures will be taken, animals can be unpredictable, and there is a risk of scratches, bites, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects. I agree to assume all risks associated with interacting with or being near animals during the Event.
Waiver of Liability – Purr Diem and Pickleball Kingdom
I release and hold harmless Purr Diem, its directors, volunteers, staff, vendors, and affiliates, as well as Pickleball Kingdom Pflugerville, its owners, operators, and staff, from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Event or presence on the premises. This includes but is not limited to any injury, illness, property damage, or adverse incident related to pickleball participation, venue conditions, or animal interaction.
Compliance with Venue Rules
I agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Pickleball Kingdom, including proper use of the facility, safe play, and courteous conduct.
Alcohol Policy
Complimentary alcohol will be provided only to guests age 21 and older. I understand that outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises and agree to consume responsibly.
