Zero Zero Fun Inc. - Event Waiver Agreement

RELEASE, PERMISSION, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in any event organized by Zero Zero Fun Inc. (the "Event"), including but not limited to, warm-up sessions, competitions, and any related activities on the premises, I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Zero Zero Fun Inc., and the venue at which the Event is held, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, accidents or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the Event.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the Event carries inherent risks, including those arising from: the playing surface, weather conditions, equipment, actions of other participants, spectators, communicable diseases, and any other conditions or circumstances related to the Event. These risks include, but are not limited to, minor injuries (e.g., bruises, sprains, dehydration), major injuries (e.g., eye injuries, joint or back injuries, heat stroke, heart attacks, concussions), and catastrophic injuries (e.g., paralysis and death). I have read the previous paragraphs and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in the activities involved in the Event. I assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, their successors and assigns, from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my involvement in the Event.

Email Permission: By participating in this Event, I authorize Zero Zero Fun Inc. to use and share my email address to promote this and future events organized by Zero Zero Fun Inc. Participants may opt out of email communications at any time by replying "Unsubscribe" to any email or messaging support@zerozerofun.com.

Use Permission: I also give Zero Zero Fun Inc. and its agents and designees permission to use or distribute, without limitation or obligation, my image, name, voice, and words for any purpose connected with the Event, including promotional, marketing, training, informational, and archival uses, in any media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Agreement: By participating in this Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Event Waiver Agreement.
