Refund Policy

We recognize that unexpected changes can arise and are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy. However, because this is a team-based event, withdrawals impact not only individual players but also their teammates and the overall tournament experience. Please review the following refund policy carefully:

Full Refunds

Minus processing fees

Teams that withdraw 15 days or more before the tournament will receive a full refund (processing fees excluded).

Partial Refunds

50% refund

Teams that withdraw 7 to 14 days prior to the tournament will receive a 50% refund (processing fees excluded).

No Refunds

Teams that withdraw within 6 days of the tournament will not receive a refund, unless there is a documented medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances approved by tournament organizers.

Tournament Cancellation by Organizers

If the tournament is canceled for any reason, teams may choose between:

A full refund (minus processing fees), or
A credit toward a future Corpus Christi Athletic Club event.

Team Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed up until check-in on tournament day, as long as the substitute player meets all eligibility requirements.
No refunds will be issued for changes to individual players on a team.

Processing Fees

All refunds are subject to processing fees charged by the payment provider and will be deducted from the refund amount.
