Women's Mini Moneyball (Max team DUPR: 9.1)

An evening of competition, DUPR matches, and good hangs! Choose your partner and sign up to grab one of 6 spots.

Your team's combined DUPR cannot exceed 9.1. Matches will be entered into DUPR.

Key Deets

6 teams. Each team will play at least 3 matches, and up to 5.
Sideout scoring.
We'll play with a Lifetime ball.
We start promptly at 6:00pm. Warmup starts at 5:30pm.

Format

Every match will be one game to 11, sideout scoring, win by 2. The rounds will be as follows:

Round 1: Pool play

Two pools, each with 3 teams
Two matches per team

Bracket play: First round

Seeded bracket based on pool play (#1 seeds have a bye and go straight to semis)

Bracket play: Semifinals

Winners of each first round playoff match play #1 seeds in semifinals

Bracket play: Final

Semifinal winners play in final

Bracket play: Bronze

Semifinal losers play for 3rd

Cost: $35/person ($70/team)

Prize: $50/person ($100/team)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This is a small event with just 6 teams. One team, or even one person, cancelling can have a meaningful impact on the night. We ask for at least a few days' notice for any cancellations, and if you must cancel within a few days, we ask that you find a substitute.

Accordingly, our refund policy is as follows:

Full refund if you cancel by April 11 at 9am CT.
No refund if you cancel after April 11 at 9:01am CT.

Exceptions:

If you are dealing with extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical or personal emergency), The Lab reserves the right to review and potentially adjust the refund policy on a case-by-case basis.

By registering for the pickleball tournament, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
