GTX Men and Women's Ladder League Players will receive a discount code. Please email contact@gtxpba.org before registering for discount to apply. We cannot apply discount after registration. Discount must be used for individual registration and recommend not registering for whole team if more than one player on team plans to use discount.

If you are not an anytime Tejas member, you will have to pay a one-time facility fee of $12 and sign a waiver prior to tournament participation. If you are an Anytime member of Tejas, please ensure you have signed your waiver before participating.

During checkout, you can either pay just your share ($30) or cover the full team fee ($90). If you choose to pay for the whole team, you’ll receive a shareable link for your teammates to complete their registration and payment. Once that’s done, you can register your team name. Warm up courts will be available at 4:00 pm, with play starting promptly at 5:00 pm.

• Team Composition:

  • Triples format: 2 women and 1 man per team.

  • No individual player can be .5 higher than the combined DUPR average. 8.6 Average = 2.8 | 10.2 Average = 3.4 | 11.4 Average = 3.8

  • Combined DUPR 8.6 (max team rating 9.0)

  • Combined DUPR 10.2 (max team rating 10.6)

  • Combined DUPR 11.4 (max team rating 11.8)
    

  Winners in 8.6, winners in 10.2, and winners in 11.4 will receive a prize for each player on team.

  Please note that the Tournament Director has the right to change division start times or combine any divisions, based on turnout etc., for the good of the tournament.

• Match Sequence:

  • Women's doubles will be played first, followed by 2 Mixed doubles matches. Teams will have a coin toss before match to determine Choice of return, serve, or side OR to see opponents first mixed doubles team that they will field.
    

• Pool Play:

  • Games to 11, win by 1.

  • All 3 games will be played, even if one team goes up 2-0 in the pool play.
    

• Playoffs:

  • Top 2 teams from each pool advance to the playoffs.

  • Matches may proceed directly to Gold and Bronze medal games.

  • Games to 11, win by 1. If a team wins the first 2 games, the match concludes in playoffs.
    

• Match Guarantee:

  • Each team is guaranteed at least 4 games.
