TEXAS TEAMBALL AT LOST PINES MLP STYLE

Yee Haw Pickleball is hosting its inaugural MLP style pickleball tournament at Lost Pines PB Club. The event features teams of 4 Men or 4 Women (NO mixed).

DIVISIONS:      

• MEN'S : DUPR 12   |     DUPR 14   |     DUPR 16   |     DUPR 18.9

• MEN'S OPEN MIN. DUPR 19

• WOMEN'S : DUPR 12   |     DUPR 14   |     DUPR 16   |     DUPR 18.9

• DUPR scores will be locked in at time of registration

Men's Open Division (Min. DUPR 19 ) :

• 4 teams : 1st place $400

• 6 teams : 1st place - $600   |   2nd place - $150

• 8 teams : 1st place - $800   |   2nd place - $200

All Other Brackets with:

• 4 teams: 1st place - $300

• 6 teams: 1st place - $500   |   2nd place - $200

• 8 teams: 1st place - $700   |   2nd place - $200

Each team is guaranteed at least 2 matches, with each match being best of 3 games to 21 (max 25)

• Win by 2,

• No freeze

• Rally scoring

• Match 3 will be a Super Breaker to 21, win by 2 (max 25), playing 4 points at a time.

FORMAT:

• Coin toss for sides

• Coin flip to choose starting 2 players or react to opponent team

• Remaining players compete in Game 2

• If tied, teams will play SuperBreaker to 21 (win by 2, max 25), 4 points at a time

• No singles; partners can switch before SuperBreaker, coin toss decides

• No freeze: team can win while receiving or serving

• NR players assume max ¼ DUPR per division (scores recorded in DUPR)

• Individuals may sign up looking for a team to join.
