We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our withdrawal and refund policy is as follows:
Withdrawals made 7 days or more before the start of the tournament (on or before July 18, 2025): Participants who withdraw from the tournament before this date will receive a refund minus $25 USD processing fee.
Withdrawals made in the last 6 days before the start of the tournament (July 19 - July 25, 2025): Participants who withdraw during this period won’t be eligible for refunds.
Category Cancellation: If a category is canceled due to insufficient registration (less than 4 entries), all registered participants in that category will receive a full refund for that specific event.
We encourage participants to register in advance to secure their spot.
Dining: Heat Padel & Pickleball offers a fully stocked bar and on-site restaurant with a variety of food and drink options available for purchase. All tournament participants will enjoy special pricing throughout the event, making it convenient and affordable to refuel and stay hydrated during their matches. Keep in mind the house rule regarding outside drinks.
Outside Beverages: Only water and electrolyte beverages in non-glass containers are permitted to be brought into the facility. No other outside drinks are allowed.
