Welcome to Rally Bees Lunar New Year Trips Tournament! $65 per player and a full team fee of $185, with a maximum of 3 players per team. The team captain can pay for the full squad!
Payment Options:
We suggest having the team captain handle the registration. During checkout, you can either pay just your share of $ 65 or cover the full team fee of $185 (regular, the easiest option). If you choose to pay your share, you’ll receive a shareable link for your teammates to complete their registration and payment. Once that’s done, you can register your team name.
Team Composition:
Triples format: 1 woman and 2 men per team.
No individual player can be .3 higher than the combined DUPR average. 10.5 Average = 3.5 NO HIGHER THAN 3.8 | 12.6 Average = 4.2 NO HIGHER THAN 4.5 | 13.5 Average = 4.5 NO HIGHER THAN 4.9
Teams can be at max .1 over the combined DUPR set for their bracket.
Match Sequence:
Men's doubles will be played first, followed by 2 Mixed doubles matches. Teams will have a coin toss before the match to determine the Choice of return, serve, or side, OR to see the opponents' first mixed doubles team that they will field.
Group Stage:
Games to 11 Death match at 11
All 3 games will be played, even if one team goes up 2-0 in the group stage.
Playoffs:
The top 2 teams from each pool advance to the playoffs.
Matches proceed directly to the Gold and Bronze medal games.
Games to 11, win by 2. Death math at 15. If a team wins the first 2 games, the match concludes.
Match Guarantee:
Each team is guaranteed at least 4 matches.
Prizes:
If the bracket is full, we will give $300 CASH to 1st first-place winner and receive medals
If the bracket is 4 OR 5, we will provide $200 CASH to 1st first-place winner and receive medals
2nd and 3rd will receive medals
No refunds for any reason after February 14th the cancellation date! FINALIZED!
We’ll have Sip Pho catering, plus snacks for all players! Every player will receive a bowl of Sip Pho, and spectators can enjoy a delicious bowl for sale!!!
Food vendors will be on site.
