CANCELLATION DEADLINE: August 12, 2026. No credits or refunds will be issued for any reason after August 12, 2026.
Withdrawals by a player on or before August 12th, 2026 will be processed for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Fluid admin fees are non refundable, even if the event is canceled or moved.
