FORMAT:
ROUND-ROBIN POOL PLAY WITH 3 POOLS OF 4 TEAMS PER POOL
THE TOP 6 TEAMS ADVANCING TO THE PLAYOFFS (1st tiebreaker W-L, then PD)
ALL GAMES WILL BE TO 15 WIN BY 2
GOLD MEDAL MATCH WILL BE THE BEST 2 OUT OF 3 TO 11
