Tournament Play Format

First Stage, the Group Play Format:

Each Divisions will be divided into pools. Each pool is assigned a number, and Double/Single, known as “Team”, are drawn randomly to determine their pool. Within each pools, Team play a round-robin format, meaning that each Team plays against the other three Team in their pool once. Each match plays first to 11, win by 2 points with a time limit of 18mins to complete the match, whichever comes first.

Determining Pool Standings:

After the completion of all pool matches, the Team are ranked within their pool based on the number of wins they have accumulated. If two or more Teams have the same number of wins, the following criteria are considered in order to determine the rankings:

1. Total Point Earn (PE).
2. Total Point Against (PA)
3. Point Differential (PD)
4. Head to Head

Second Stage, the Playoff Knockout Round:
Very simple, win or go home. Teams are seeded against each other, and the winner of each match continues to the next round, all the way to the final.
Only the top two Teams from each Pools, based on their rankings, advance into the Playoff of their respective Division, the rest are eliminated.
The Playoff match will be best of 3 games, first to 11points, win by 2.

Line Call Disputes In Pickleball, The Honor System

Line calls must be made without delay by the side playing the ball; otherwise, the ball shall be presumed to have been good. In general, no ball can be called "out" upon less than 100% certainty. Please do not call the ball "out" if the ball still up in the air, wait until it touch the ground.
If you call the ball “out” and your partner calls it “in” at the same time, the benefit of the doubt should be given to your opponent, and you should call the ball “in.” With any doubt about the call, it should be called “in.”
The best approach on a call that both players disagree on is to replay the point.
