SPORTIME invites you to be part of our inaugural SPORTIME Westchester Pickleball Championships! This premier competitive event, presented by CourtsApp, will take place on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, and will provide players of all levels, with a day of unparalleled competitive play at our brand new, dedicated pickleball facilities in Armonk and Yorktown.
This tournament is open to all ages and skill levels. Compete against the best teams at your level. Divisions include: Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Junior Divisions.
All play will take place at our world class facilities in Armonk and Yorktown on a total of 23 dedicated indoor pickleball courts. Franklin X-40 balls will be the official ball used for tournament play. Medals and prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in all divisions, with prize money awarded to the top two teams in the Open level Championship divisions.
$75 per player, per standard event ($65 early bird pricing until January 31st)
$100 per player, per prize money open event ($90 early bird pricing until January 31st)
A $5 per event; max $8 per player non-refundable fee will be charged by the Fluid software platform. No payment will be required to join the waitlist.

Division locations will be assigned to either Yorktown or Armonk once registration has closed and schedules are finalized.
First Place: $750
Second Place: $250
Third Place: Special prizes
All divisions will use a round robin pool play format, followed by playoffs and championship matches for qualifying teams. Pool play matches will consist of games to 11 or 15, depending on pool size, win by 1. Playoff matches will consist of games to 15, win by 2. Medal matches for prize money divisions will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
All events are subject to change/ modification at any time.
February 28, 2026. No credits or refunds will be issued for any reason after February 28, 2026.
Withdrawals by a player on or before Saturday, February 28th, 2026 will be processed for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Fluid admin fees are non refundable, even if the event is canceled or moved.
Player payment and partner listing is required upon registration. Players registered, but without indicated partner by February 27th, will be moved to a wait list if the division in which a spot is being held can be filled with fully registered teams on the waitlist.
Paddles on the USAP approved list https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/ are approved for tournament play.
